Richard joined Simpkins Edwards in 2022 and became a partner in April 2023. As a chartered tax adviser he advises companies and their shareholders on all aspects of company taxation, with particular focus on tax-efficient planning and implementation of corporate structuring and reorganisation projects, business sales and acquisitions, share incentive schemes and employee share ownership generally.
Since qualifying with a big four firm more than 20 years ago he has worked with a wide range of clients from small family businesses to multi-national groups across a variety of sectors.
