Having joined Simpkins Edwards in 2009, in the firm’s Barnstaple office, Joe relocated to the Exeter office in 2010 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2016. As well as supporting a wide variety of corporate clients and owner managed businesses with all aspects of financial reporting, business strategy and technical tax matters, he advises on corporate finance transactions including business sales and acquisitions.

Before his career in Accountancy, Joe studied Science and graduated with a Master’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Bristol.
